Nowadays, people love invoking the metaphor of gold — you know, “gold will always shine.” Truth be told, that’s a bowl of toxic chicken soup.
Throughout history, many achieved nothing in life, only to become legendary after death.
Gold may glow, but nobody sees it — especially when everyone around you prefers to wear sunglasses.
The medical world is full of curious phenomena. Some doctors, comfortably settled within the system, glide through top-tier hospitals with an endless stream of patients and a chorus of praise. It goes to their heads. They start thinking their hospital is too small a pond — that the wider world awaits. So they leap, like a lotus rising from the water, dazzling and enviable.
Unfortunately, reality is cruel. Dr. Smile has done brilliantly and set a fine example for the profession — but an example is just an example. He has personal charisma and an aura that seems infinite. You, most likely, do not.
Then again, there are those with genuine ideas, real accomplishments, deep knowledge, and strong capabilities who simply never fit within the system. Once they step outside, they find open skies and discover their true worth.
The system is a double-edged sword — it can make you, and it can break you.
My advice: see the world clearly, know yourself honestly, and never act on impulse.

现在人总喜欢拿金子说事，这是一碗毒鸡汤。
纵观历史，很多人生前不得志，死后不得了。
就如同金子会发光，没人看得见一样，尤其是当一群人喜欢戴墨镜的时候，发光也看不见。
医疗圈内有很多很奇怪的现象，一些体制内的医生，在三甲医院里顺风顺水，求诊者络绎不绝，赞扬声此起彼伏，说的他有些飘飘然了，觉得自己的医院庙太小，外面的世界更广阔，陡然跳出，如芙蓉出水，令人羡慕。
可惜现实很残酷，Dr.Smile确实做得不错，给业内提供了良好的榜样，但是榜样究竟是榜样，榜样有个人魅力，光环无限，你却没有。
不过也有许多人很有想法，很有建树，很有学识，很有能力，在体制内混的不舒服，出来之后海阔天空，收获了自我价值。
体制这种东西，能够成就人，也能摧毁人。
劝各位，认清黑白，认清自我，切勿莽撞行事。
没有疗效怎么会有病人呢？
