Extremely disappointed with Tsingtao Beer Augute

On May 2, I originally planned to deal with the opinions of the experts during the pre-defense, but I got up at 6 o’clock and went to the toilet. Augute is a high-end brand of Tsingtao Beer. It is known as German craftsmanship and is the mainstay of China’s industrial lager beer. Various people on the Internet praise it as quite good. A 500ml can sells for at least 9.5 yuan. There are many pseudo-imported white beers at the same price. I have never tasted it before, but I am still looking forward to it.

However, the greater the expectations, the greater the disappointment.

The feeling of opening the pull tab is very good. Well, it is indeed high-end. I am very satisfied and the gas is sufficient. However, the wheat flavor is obviously not enough. The alcohol smell is strong and has a slight metallic taste. Okay, by this time I was already feeling bad. I took a sip. Hey, the bitter taste was smoother than Tsingtao Classic 10 Degree, but I was 100% sorry for the price. I glanced at the ingredient list with my backhand, and sure enough, there was rice!

It is no longer news that Asian beers are fermented with rice, but you are Ogut, and you are a guy who pays ten yuan a bottle, but you actually use rice, and you put so much of it, it is simply rubbish!

As people born and raised in the land of Confucius and Mencius, we grew up drinking all kinds of wine. Before I went to college, I had drunk a handful of types of beer. From Antarctica in the early days, to Silver Wheat later, and the must-have large barrel draft beer in summer, I could drink tons of it over the years. After arriving in Beijing, I found that Yanjing general beer is really bad to drink. Fresh beer is good but expensive. I miss Shandong beer a little bit. I drank Harbin Wheat King for the first time in 2012, and was conquered by the charming aroma and smooth, slightly sweet taste. However, this brand did not last long and failed to do well. It really failed to live up to expectations. In the past few years, puree, craft beer and various imported goods have rapidly opened up the Chinese market. After everyone has tasted delicious beer, the fate of domestic industrial lager is worrying. . . .

In fact, I found that Asahi beer also uses rice, but its taste is obviously better than that of domestic products. Is it because of the small amount? Or is there any difference in process?

I hope Tsingtao Brewery can seriously reflect on it. I am a nationalist. I hope that domestic beer can surpass other countries. I have to finish this box with tears in my eyes.

4月份太忙了，首先做一下胡适之之流的检讨。。。。。

5月2日，本来打算把预答辩时专家的意见好好处理一下，结果6点起来上了个厕所，7点开始腰痛难忍，疼到8点多竟浑身冷汗呼吸困难，心想坏了，赶紧去中日拍了个CT，果然是肾结石，麻利去药店买了两公斤金钱草回家喝。。。。。

石头第三天是顺利排下来了，12号找兄弟看了一下B超，发现居然还有一颗藏在肾盂中没有掉出来，果断买了一箱奥古特开始减肥排石之旅。

奥古特是青岛啤酒的高端品牌，号称德国工艺，是中国拉格工业啤酒的台柱子，网上各路人马吹的是相当好，500ml至少要卖到9.5元一罐，同等价位可以选择许多伪进口白啤了，我之前没有喝过，还是很期待的。

然而，期望越大，失望越大。

打开拉环的手感很好，嗯，果然高端，非常满意，气体也很充足，但是，麦香味显然不够啊，酒精味较浓，带着些许的金属味。好吧，这时候我已经感到不太妙了，喝下一口，咦，这个苦涩的口感，比青啤经典10度是要柔顺一些，但是百分之百对不起这个价格，反手看了一眼配料表，果然有大米！

亚洲啤酒用大米发酵已经不是新闻了，但是你可是奥古特啊，你可是十块钱一听的家伙，居然会用大米，而且还放这么多，简直就是rubbish！

作为在孔孟之乡出生成长的人，我们是喝着各种酒长大的。没上大学之前，喝过的啤酒种类屈指可数，从早期的南极洲，到后来的银麦，以及夏天必备的大桶扎啤，这么多年喝过的也能按吨数了。到北京之后，发现燕京普啤着实难喝，鲜啤不错但是贵啊，有些怀念山东的啤酒。2012年第一次喝了哈尔滨小麦王，被那迷人的香气和平滑柔顺略带点甜味的口感征服了，不过这个牌子没坚持多久就不好好做了，真是不争气。到了这几年，原浆、精酿和各种进口货迅速打开了中国市场，当人们都喝过好喝的啤酒之后，国产工业拉格的命运令人堪忧。。。。

其实我发现朝日啤酒也是用大米的，但是他的口感要明显好过国产各路货色，是因为用量小么？还是在工艺上有什么差别？

希望青岛啤酒能够认真反思，我是民族主义者，我希望国产的啤酒能超越其他各个国家，这一箱含着泪也得喝完。
